Rachel Yurk Named District’s New Chief Information And Technology Officer
Brings 20 Years Of Experience To District
PEWAUKEE, WI - Rachel Yurk has been hired as Pewaukee School District’s new Chief Information and Technology Officer. Yurk comes to Pewaukee with 20 years of experience in education, most recently in the Cedarburg School District, where she spent the past four years as an Instructional Technology Administrator.
Prior to Cedarburg, Yurk served as a Technology Integrator/Coach in Muskego and an elementary teacher in New Berlin. She earned her Masters of Education degree from Aurora in 2001 and an Instructional Technology Coordinator certification from Cardinal Stritch in 2013.
“I am honored to join such a passionate group of leaders and educators in the Pewaukee School District,” said Yurk. “I look forward to contributing to an already strong and effective use of technology in classrooms each day.”
