ACMS ANNOUNCEMENTS 

Good morning Asa Clark Middle School!  Today is Tuesday, October 20th.  Please stand as we say the Pledge of Allegiance…

The 7th grade girls basketball team came away with a win on Thursday, beating Burlington 37-20. The energy was picked up in the second half after Aubree Spitzer swished a sweet 3. Leading scores were Maddie Oelstrom with 13 points, Aubree Spitzer with 10 points,  Cassie Hooyman with 6 points, Dylan Kennedy and Sophia Jantz with 3 points each, and Leah Novak with 1 point. Great boxing out by London Davis and great rebounding by Kate Buth. --

  • Yearbook Club will run in Mrs. Greupink’s room from 2:30-3:30.
  • The first meeting of Book Club is today with Mrs. Whelan from 2:30-3:30.
  • The disc golf bus will leave at 3:00 and return about 5:15.
  • Attention students interested in robotics: There will be a virtual informational meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, at 3:15 p.m. Look for an email from Mr. Roehl this afternoon with the link.
  • Attention students interested in the Asa Clark Book Club! Just a reminder that our first meeting is today, after school, in room 240. Mrs. Whelan will have extra permission slips, if you haven't gotten one yet, and we will decide together what book we'd like to read first. Again, the first meeting of the Asa Clark Book Club is today, after school, in room 240. 
  • International Club will have its first meeting this Thursday after school in room 110 from 2:30-3:30. Permission slips need to be turned in to the office before you can participate. Please contact Mrs. Kuelthau with any questions. 
  • The girls basketball team will take on SLI Gold tonight at home. Go Pirates!



 Happy Birthday to Brayden Kaschel, Chase Lewis, Liam Nesthus, Amy Lasko, Garek Satyavelu, Jaxon Hakes, Valentino Mascarenes, and Allison Haight, who celebrated over the long weekend.
