ACMS ANNOUNCEMENTS 

Good morning Asa Clark Middle School!  Today is Tuesday, October 5th.  Please stand as we say the pledge of allegiance…

• We would like to welcome our guest teacher, Mrs. Wandschneider, who is guest teaching for Mrs. Vega today.

• Today is Day 2 of Spirit week!  Today is Hawaiian/Under the Sea day..  Tomorrow is Dress to your Beat day! Dress like your favorite genre of music or wear your favorite band t-shirt.

• Students - we are having a lot of issues with lockers getting jammed. To help alleviate this problem, please empty your backpacks at least half way before you hang them in your locker.  Thank you for your cooperation with this issue.

• Picture retakes are this Friday!  If you missed the first picture day or need to get retakes, listen for the announcement right away on Friday morning to release you from class. Students getting retakes should bring their first set of photos with them to retakes.

• Yearbook Club will meet from 2:45-4:00 and Robotics Club will meet from 2:45-3:45.

• Girls basketball will practice from 3:00-4:30.

• Cross Country will practice from 3:00-4:15.

• Any student interested in Jazz Ensemble should plan on attending rehearsal today after school in the band room from 2:50 p.m.-3:30 p.m. Students must have a signed permission slip to attend. See Ms. Stingle with questions.

• Students, please check the lost and found for any missing belongings. Items remaining at the end of October will be donated.

• And finally, on the menu for lunch today.  Soft chicken tacos, Cheese or Veggie pizza, or a Ham and Cheese Bagel melt.
