ACMS ANNOUNCEMENTS 

Good morning Asa Clark Middle School!  Today is Thursday, October 7th.  Please stand as we say the pledge of allegiance…

• We would like to welcome our guest teachers today. Mrs. Wilcox is teaching for Ms. Roselle. Mr. Hellend is covering for Mrs. Kloskey today.

• Today is Day 4 of Spirit week!  Today is Class Color day!   Tomorrow is Pirate Pride day! 

• If there are any students interested in the High School cheerleading Halloween clinic, please stop at the office before the end of the day to pick up the permission slip. This needs to be turned in to the office by the end of the day on Friday. Thank you.

• Any student interested in joining Choristers should plan on attending an informational meeting on Monday 10/11 during Pirate Resource in the ACMS Choir room. Choristers is a challenging and exciting extra curricular choir open to any middle school student. No previous experience is required. Rehearsals take place the second and fourth Tuesday of each month from 2:50 p.m.-3:30 p.m. All questions should be directed to Ms. Stingle

• Picture retakes are this Friday!  If you missed the first picture day or need to get retakes, listen for the announcement right away on Friday morning to release you from class. Students getting retakes should bring their first set of photos with them to retakes.

• Robotics will meet from 2:45-3:45 and Book club from 3:15-4:00.

• Girls basketball will take on Slinger tonight. Go Pirates!

• Cross Country will practice from 3:00-4:15 tonight.

• Students, please check the lost and found for any missing belongings. Items remaining at the end of October will be donated.

• And finally, on the menu for lunch today.   Kung Pao Chicken, cheese or meatball pizza, or a cheeseburger.
