ACMS ANNOUNCEMENTS 

 

Good morning Asa Clark Middle School!  Today is Wednesday, January 12th. Please stand as we say the pledge of allegiance…



  • We would like to welcome our guest teachers today. Mrs. Maloney is teaching for Mrs. Migacz, Mr. Helland is teaching for Mr. Boehm, Mr. Fish is teaching for Mr. Finn this afternoon, and Mrs. Braatz is helping in 6th grade.
  •  
  • Last night the boys 8th grade teams traveled to Burlington to take on the Demon middle school teams. In the opener the Pewaukee Black team came away with the win dominating the host Orange team 38 - 20. Ben Toth led all scorers with 10 points. In the second game the Pewaukee Red team fell to the host Black team 44 - 35. Duke Medina led in scoring with 15 points. The 8th grade Red team travels to West Milwaukee on Thursday for a one game contest versus the Mustangs.

 

  • Ski and Snowboard Club will be heading to Little Switzerland after school tomorrow. Remember to bring your lift ticket along with all of your clothing and gear. Skis and boards should be stored in the locker room before school so allow extra time in the morning if needed. Please contact Mrs. Kuelthau if you have any questions.

 

  • MathCounts will meet from 2:45-3:30.

 

  • Pirate dancers will practice from 3:15-5:15, wrestling from 3:30-5:30, and boys basketball from 3:15-4:45.

 

  • Students - please do not jump up to touch items in the school, like ceiling tiles, clocks, or air vents. These items have been getting damaged and have needed to be repaired or replaced.

 

  • You may bring your chromebooks with you to lunch, but you must stop and get them on your way to lunch. You will not be permitted to go to your locker during the lunch hour.  Additionally, the temperatures are warmer and you will be able to go outside after lunch today.  Remember to bring your cold weather gear with you.  If you choose to stay inside, you must clean your table and be finished eating before you can join friends at another table.

 

  • On the menu for lunch today…Macaroni and cheese, cheese or buffalo chicken pizza, or a buffalo cheesesteak burger.
