ACMS ANNOUNCEMENTS 

Good morning Asa Clark Middle School!  Today is Friday, January 21st. Please stand as we say the pledge of allegiance…

• We would like to welcome our guest teachers today.  Mrs. Canning is in for Mr. Roehl, Mr. Albrecht is teaching for Mrs. Cesarz this morning, Mr. Farvour is teaching for Mrs. Fruth this morning, and Mr. Fish is teaching for Mr. Finn this afternoon.

• All 8th grade students should bring their completed high school scheduling sheet with them to school on Monday. Students will be scheduling with high school counselors during Flex and Pirate Resource time throughout the week.

• Last night the 8th grade boys took two games from Mukwonago in league basketball play. In the first game the Black team jumped out to a big lead and never looked back, winning 35 to 27. Leading the Pirates in scoring were Tucker Theineman with 13 and Ben Toth with 8 points. Great hustle by Demetri Davis and Andrew Van Domlin helped to seal the win.  In the second game, the combined scoring of Omar Cherrington with 23 points and Zach Murphy with 13, along with key hustle plays by John Kane and Landon Stelse helped to seal the win for the Pirate Red team.

• Wrestling has a meet tonight against Glen Hills and Chess Club has a full day tournament tomorrow. Go Pirates!

• Due to the cold weather, there will be no outdoor recess today.

Happy Birthday today to Aubree Kopacz! Happy birthday over the weekend to Tyler Jira, Peyton Stading, Alyssa Gray, Ethan Gray, Hayley Hahn, Chethan Kothilla, Hannah Pfiefer, Claire Polancich, and Mrs. Weiss!
