ACMS ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good morning Asa Clark Middle School!  Today is Thursday, February 10th. Please stand as we say the pledge of allegiance…

  • We would like to welcome our guest teachers today.   Mr. Helland is teaching for Mrs. Karas-Schilling and Mrs. Rawson is in for Mrs. Kloskey.

  • Stop by the student council table at your lunch today to purchase candy to send to a friend. Candy will be sold for $1 and delivered on Monday.

  • Looking for something new and exciting to try this spring? How about Girl’s Lacrosse!  Lacrosse is one of the fastest-growing sports in the USA today and it’s easy to learn.  The Lacrosse Club is offering free practices for the month of February.  Never played before and not sure what it’s about? No problem!  Our coaches will help teach you the basics and no need to worry about equipment.  It’s fast, it’s fun, it’s girl’s lacrosse! Sign up for Mrs. Jussila's Pirate Resource Session next week Wednesday, February 16th to learn more.

  • ACMS has added the Milwaukee Youth Sailing Team (MYST) to our diverse array of

student clubs. MYST is a collection of approximately 18 middle and high school

sailing teams from across lake country. An informational meeting will be held for interested students during Pirate Resource on Friday, February 18. If interested, please sign up for Mrs. Jussila's session.

  • Art Club will meet from 2:45-3:45.  The 7th and 8th grade girls volleyball teams will take on New Berlin tonight.  Go Pirates!

  • Today is the third Ski Club trip to Little Switzerland. Skiers and snowboarders need to bring their homework and equipment to the cafeteria immediately after school and wait in their bus groups.

  • On the menu for lunch today…Curry chicken, cheese or garlic chicken pizza, or a spicy chicken sandwich.

Happy Birthday today to Rowan Duss!

Have a wonderful day and remember...It’s A Great Day To Be A Pirate!
