• Fee Payments

    The Pewaukee School District is processing online fee payments through our Family Access web page.  Fees can be paid and funds put in to your student's lunch account using a credit card. The electronic payment service is provided to the school by a third party service provider. No additional service charges will apply to payments processed online. 

    You are in full control of your account and can make a payment at any time that is convenient for you. 


    Credit Card Disclaimer for Fee Payment

    Pewaukee School District is committed to providing its families (customers) with opportunities. Furthering this commitment, the district will be offering a program to allow families the ability to pay for lunch balances by using a credit card via the Internet. The district has made arrangements with a credit card service provider to provide this service.

    Customers who decide to pay their accounts by credit card will be asked by the credit card service provider to furnish personal identifying information, the credit card number and expiration date, the amount of the payment and payment application information, if applicable.  Customers should also note that, following authorization of the credit card payment, the credit card service provider will forward to the Pewaukee Public Schools only that information necessary for the district to properly credit the payment to the customers account (i.e., identifying information, payment amount and application information). The Pewaukee Public Schools will not receive any personal credit card information, such as credit card number or account status.

    The district is providing hyperlinks to the Web sites of the credit card service provider that is participating in this program. The decision to use or not to use the services offered by this company is entirely up to the customer and will not result in any special treatment from the district. Further, the Pewaukee School District does not:

    • endorse, recommend or require the use of such companies or their products, processes, information or services;
    • make any warranty (express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement) with respect to such companies or their products, processes, information or services;
    • make any representation with respect to such companies or their products, processes, information or services; nor
    • assume any legal liability or responsibility for any act or omission by such companies, or for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or usefulness of any product, process, information or service offered by such companies.

    The Pewaukee School District does not control credit card payment Web site referenced or accessed through links or otherwise from the district site, and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, security policies or procedures of such Web sites, or for the content, privacy policies, security policies or procedures of any links contained in such Web sites. Any questions regarding off-site content, privacy policies and/or security procedures should be directed to those responsible for the Web site in question and not to the district.
