Human anatomy and physiology considers how the human body performs the functions that keep you alive and alert. This course will take an in-depth look at the anatomy, physiology, and pathology of the human body. A considerable amount of time will be devoted to explaining the body's response to normal and abnormal conditions. In addition, an examination of the body's response to injury or disease will also be studied. An extensive lab experience including many dissections and lab analysis activities will also be included. When students finish this course, they should have a better understanding of the structures, functions, and disorders of the body.
