Michael Murphy serves as the as the District's Network Engineer and is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the technology infrastructure. Mr. Murphy oversees and manages the District’s telephone system and mobile phone services and support. He also leads and directly supervises 3.5 Network Support Technicians. Michael provides support and leadership in the area of Information Technology in all four schools, as well as the District Office. Michael is a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE). 

Jaci Pinkos serves as a Level 2 Network Support Technician for the District. Jaci joined the team in 2012, bringing IT experience from the private sector. Jaci is a member of the technical team. The technical team is responsible for the proper functioning of the network and the support of all peripheral devices, as well as the District’s telephone system, and assisting buildings with their audio-visual support needs. 

Jacqueline serves as a Level 2 Network Support Technician for the District. Jacqueline joined the team in July 2022 as a member of the technical team. The technical team is responsible for the proper functioning of the network and the support of all peripheral devices, as well as the District’s telephone system, and assisting buildings with their audio-visual support needs. 

Heather works as a full-time tech supporting the TSI group and performing hardware and software support.   She supports Chromebooks across the district and the Technology Support Internship program at Pewaukee High School.  Heather has been in the district since 2019.

Jordan joined the Technology Department in the summer of 2022. He supports setup and inventory of mobile devices and support of AV equipment, as well as providing general support for technology.
